Why I Love the Make & Mend Festival

There's something truly special about spending a day surrounded by creative people, handmade treasures, and a community that celebrates craftsmanship. That's exactly why the Make & Mend Festival has become one of my favourite events of the year.

This year, the festival will be taking place at the beautiful Kirkleatham Walled Garden, providing the perfect backdrop for a wonderful day of creativity, inspiration, and shopping from talented independent makers.

As a small business owner, events like Make & Mend are so important. They bring together artists, crafters, designers, and makers from across the region, each showcasing products that have been lovingly created by hand. I'll be there with my collection of handmade eye masks, designed to bring a little relaxation and comfort to everyday life. From soothing lavender and flaxseed eye masks to beautifully gift-boxed self-care treats, I'll be bringing plenty of favourites along with me.
